Everyone possesses implicit bias, a type of bias of which we are unaware. I can't wait to read this exciting new book, but currently Amazon is sold out: Biased: Uncovering the Hidden Prejudice That Shapes What We See, Think, and Do by Jennifer Eberhardt, PhD. What a timely piece on bias.
