Shawn Achor and Michelle Gielan's recent article in The Harvard Business Review reminds me of a book a former student gave me years ago. Both writings stress the need for busy people to slow down to become more productive.  Sometimes in a busy day, I'll catch myself thinking that I don't have ten minutes to stop and meditate, take inventory, or think about the moment. In reality, I don't have the time NOT to stop.   Try it!
